环氧化天然橡胶原位接枝SiO2制备天然橡胶复合材料的力学性能和阻尼特性 被引量:6

摘要 采用环氧化天然橡胶(ENR)原位接枝SiO2母胶制备NR/ENR/SiO2复合材料,考察NR/ENR/SiO2复合材料的力学性能和阻尼特性。结果显示,添加环氧化天然橡胶原位接枝SiO2母胶的NR/ENR/SiO2复合材料比单独添加环氧化天然橡胶和SiO2的样品分散性更好、硫化速率更高、力学性能升高明显,且耐老化性能得到改善。添加ENR原位接枝SiO2母胶的NR/ENR/SiO2复合材料与对照样相比,玻璃化转变温度升高,有效阻尼温域扩宽,阻尼性能提高。 NR/ENR/SiO2 composites were prepared with in-situ grafted epoxidized natural rubber/SiO2 masterbatch.The mechanical properties and damping characteristics of NR/ENR/SiO2 composites were investigated.The results show that the NR/ENR/SiO2 composites with in-situ grafted epoxidized natural rubber/SiO2 masterbatch have better dispersibility,increased vulcanization rate,and better mechanical properties than the samples with ENR and silica added separately,and the aging property was improved.Compared with the control sample,the NR/ENR/SiO2 composite with in-situ grafted ENR/SiO2 masterbatch has higher glass transition temperature,wider effective damping temperature range,the damping performance was improved.
