摘要
以3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷烷基化改性的氧化石墨烯为辅料,制备了有机/无机封堵型降滤失剂聚丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸/改性氧化石墨烯PAAM。分别采用FTIR、GPC和TGA-DSC等手段对PAAM进行了结构表征。GPC结果显示PAAM的分子量为36367 g/mol,TGA-DSC结果证实了PAAM的优异抗温能力。性能评价表明,其抑制性能优于同等剂量的KCl和PAC-L;降滤失性能优于同等剂量的CMC和PAC-L。综合结果表明,PAAM抗温性能优异、作用效能良好,有望在防塌水基钻井液中得到应用。
Organic/inorganic blocking fluid loss reducer polyacrylamide/acrylic acid/modified graphene oxide was prepared by using acrylamide,acrylic acid and modified graphene oxide as raw material.Structural of PAAM was characterized by means of FTIR,GPC and TGA-DSC.GPC results showed that the molecular weight of PAAM was 36367 g/mol.The TGA-DSC results showed the excellent temperature resistance of PAAM.In the performance evaluation experiment,the inhibition performance was better than the equivalent doses of KCl and PAC-L,and the fluid loss performance was better than the equivalent doses of CMC and PAC-L.The comprehensive results showed that PAAM has excellent temperature resistance and other good performance,and it was expected to be applied in the anti-collapse water-based drilling fluids.
