摘要
比较了硝酸、氢氧化钾、草酸分别改性松木屑的吸附性能,得到效果最佳改性木屑为KOH改性木屑。通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察KOH改性木屑表面结构,傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)表征KOH改性木屑官能团变化,改性木屑对水溶液中铜离子的吸附性能用紫外光分光光度计测定。结果表明,改性木屑对Cu 2+的吸附动力学和等温线线性拟合结果分别符合准二级动力学方程和Langmuir等温吸附模型。吸附效率从改性前的72%提高到97%,吸附平衡时间仅需要90 min,同时当25℃、pH=5时吸附效果最优。
This paper compares the absorption ability of pine sawdust modified by nitric acid(HNO3),potassium hydroxide(KOH),and oxalic acid(H2C2O4)separately and comes to the conclusion that applying pine sawdust modified by KOH is the most effective way to absorb copper ions in aqueous solution.The research used the scanning electron microscope(SEM)to observe the surface structure of sawdust modified by KOH and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR)to observe the transformation of functional group of the pine sawdust modified by KOH,and adopted the UV spectrophotometer to determine the adsorption of copper ion in aqueous solution.The results reveal that the adsorption kinetics and isotherm linear of Cu 2+absorbing by modified sawdust fit the quasi-second-order kinetic equation and Langmuir isotherm adsorption model respectively.The adsorption rate increased from 72%(raw sawdust)to 97%and the adsorption equilibrium time of the modified sawdust is 90 min.And the optimal adsorption effect can be reached at 25℃and pH 5.0.
