Optimization of synthetic dichlorodiphenylamine by response surface method

摘要 采用响应面法优化二氯二苯胺合成工艺。在单因素实验基础上,以二氯二苯胺产率为响应值,选取催化剂用量、原料配比和反应时间为自变量,采用Box-Behnken中心组合设计实验方案并建立数学模型,对工艺条件进行优化分析。结果表明,二氯二苯胺合成最佳条件为:反应时间29.6 h,催化剂用量0.19,原料配比1.18,在此条件下目标产物产率为90.16%,模型预测产率为93.53%,绝对偏差为3.37%,说明回归模型是可靠、有效的,且显著性检验结果表明,影响响应值的因素主次顺序为反应时间、原料配比、催化剂用量。 The synthesis process of dichlorodiphenylamine was optimized by response surface method.On the basis of single factor experiment,the yield of dichlorodiphenylamine was used as response value,and the catalyst dosage,raw material ratio and reaction time were selected as the influencing factors.The experimental scheme was designed by Box-Behnken center and the mathematical model was established.Perform an optimization analysis.The results show that the optimal conditions for the synthesis of dichlorodiphenylamine are 29.6 h,the mass ratio of catalyst to aniline is 0.19,and the ratio of raw materials is 1.18.The yield of dichlorodiphenylamine under this condition was 90.16%,the model predicted yield was 93.53%,and the absolute deviation was 3.37%.It is indicated that the response surface model is effective,and the significance test results show that the primary and secondary factors affecting the response value was reaction time,raw material ratio and catalyst dosage.
