银掺杂纳米ZnO光催化性能的提高 被引量:1

摘要 分别采用水热法和还原法合成了不同掺杂浓度Ag的系列1和系列2光催化剂Ag/ZnO,其中系列1样品是由大量的球形纳米颗粒形成的团聚物;系列2样品是由大小、形状各异的多面体结构纳米颗粒堆积在一起。对两个系列样品中光降解率最高的两个样品光降解甲基橙溶液前、后进行了SEM、EDS和XRD的表征。光降解甲基橙实验表明,两个系列的样品的光降解率都大于纯ZnO样品,系列2样品光降解率都大于系列1样品。造成纯ZnO样品光降解率远低于系列1和系列2样品的光降解率是因为系列1和系列2样品中存在Ag纳米颗粒,而Ag纳米颗粒的加入整体提高了纳米ZnO样品光催化性能。系列2样品的光降解率远高于系列1样品是因为Ag+掺入ZnO晶体中,使其结构发生了变化。 Ag/ZnO photocatalyst samples for series 1 and series 2 were synthesized by hydrothermal and reduction methods with different Ag concentration,respectively.The series 1 samples were formed by a large number of aggregated spherical nanoparticles,the series 2 samples were stacked together with polyhedral structures nanoparticles of various sizes and shapes.The samples of both two series with the highest photodegradation rate were characterized by XRD,SEM,EDS before and after they photodegraded methyl orange solution(MO).In the experiment of photodegradation MO dye in aqueous solution,the photodegradation rate of Ag/ZnO was higher than that of pure ZnO,which was attributed to the presence Ag nanoparticles,which enhanced the photocatalytic performance.Besides,the photodegradation rate of the samples of series 2 was higher than that of samples of series 1,which was due to change the structure of the ZnO crystal for Ag+into the ZnO crystal.
