摘要
综述了同轴式DBD低温等离子体技术用于有机废水处理的研究现状及进展,分析探讨该技术降解有机废水的基本原理及优越性,从反应器、电源、电极、阻挡介质的选择出发,归纳总结了同轴式水处理装置的设计思路。探讨了水处理过程中的外加电源参数、溶液初始pH、工作气氛对于处理效果的影响,分析不同低温等离子体复合方法降解有机废水的关键技术。指出了目前制约该技术发展的关键问题,并展望其未来的发展方向。
This paper makes an overview on the research status and progress of organic wastewater treatment by coaxial DBD non-thermal plasma technology.The mechanism and advantages of this technology are analyzed.Starting from the selection of the reactor,power source,electrode,and barrier medium,the design ideas of the coaxial water treatment device are summarized.The effects of power supply,initial pH,and working atmosphere on the degradation effect are discussed.The key technologies of non-thermal plasma composite methods of organic wastewater treatment are discussed.The key issues restricting the development of this technology are pointed out,and the further development directions are put forward.
