基于等标污染负荷法的酒精工业废水的污染源节点识别及分析 被引量:5

摘要 对酒精生产过程中废水污染物及其排放量进行了调查,采用等标污染负荷法对其进行解析。结果表明,在传统的酒精生产工艺中,污染物排放量最大工序是玉米的酒精废糟液和粉碎拌料,两者累积负荷比达到了82.35%~87.00%;循环冷却水站排放量占66.49%~79.87%,是废水排放最大的工序。 The amount of wastewater and water contaminate characteristic of corn alcohol processing were investigated based on the standard pollution load method.Based on the standard pollution load method,the largest proportion of water contaminant amount were the distiller’s waste liquid in alcohol production and corn mixing wastewater,the total load ratio was from 82.35%to 87.00%.The maximum wastewater was the circulating cooling water in traditional alcohol processing.Its total load ratio was from 66.49%to 79.87%.
