从记述文物到记述文化遗产和历史文化名城的思考

Reflections from Recording Cultural Relics to Documenting Culture Heritage and National Famous Historical and Cultural Cities and Towns

本文通过对部分一、二轮已出版志书中关于文物记述的重新审视,提出未出版的二轮志书和第三轮志书有必要从记述文物扩展到记述文化遗产,而国务院公布为历史文化名城的市、县,则不仅要记述本地物质文化遗产和非物质文化遗产的概貌,还有必要集中记述能体现其所以成为国家历史文化名城的历史文化内容。

Based on the re-examination of some of the first and second rounds of published local chronicles about cultural relics,this paper proposes that it is necessary for the yet to be published second and third rounds of local chronicles to expand from recording cultural relics to documenting cultural heritage. Not only should the general picture of local tangible and intangible cultural heritage be presented in the National Famous Historical and Cultural Cities and Towns declared by the State Council,but the historic and cultural content that made them possible to be listed as National Famous Historical and Cultural Cities and Townsalso need to be accounted.
