摘要
目的对噪声工作人员职业健康检查和职业性噪声聋诊断的衔接问题进行探讨。方法以2018—2019年在深圳某医院进行职业健康检查的噪声工作人员144例为研究对象,分别进行纯音测听和40 Hz听觉诱发电位检测,比较两组听阈水平的检测情况。结果对两组单耳语频(500、1000、2000 Hz)纯音听阈结果进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对单耳语频听力损伤检出情况进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论40 Hz听觉诱发电位测定能够更加准确地反映噪声从业人员的单耳语频损伤,纯音听阈检测结合40 Hz听觉诱发电位能够更加客观地诊断噪声工作人员的职业性噪声聋。
Objective To discuss the connection between occupational health examination of noise workers and occupational noise deafness diagnosis.Methods A total of 144 noise workers who underwent occupational health examinations in a hospital in Shenzhen from 2018 to 2019 were taken as the research objects.Pure tone audiometry and 40 Hz auditory evoked potential were tested respectively to compare the detection of hearing threshold levels between the two groups.Results The pure tone hearing threshold results of the two groups of single whisper frequencies(500,1000,2000 Hz)were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the detection of single whisper frequency hearing impairment was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The measurement of 40 Hz auditory evoked potential can more accurately reflect the single whisper-frequency impairment of noise practitioners.Pure tone hearing threshold detection combined with 40 Hz auditory evoked potential can more objectively diagnose occupational noise deafness of noise workers.
