柔性管理理念在肿瘤科护理管理中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Flexible Management Concept in Oncology Department Nursing Management

目的探析肿瘤科护理管理中采取柔性管理理念的应用效果。方法选取2017年9月—2018年9月肿瘤科护理人员82名,随机分为观察组和对照组各41名,并选取同一时间段该科室收治的106例肿瘤患者为研究对象,随机选取53例患者由对照组护理人员护理,另53例患者由观察组护理人员护理,对照组采取常规管理理念,观察组实施柔性管理理念,对比应用效果。结果观察组护士差错发生率(9.76%)、高风险患者护理评估准确率、健康教育知晓率、患者对护理工作的满意度、静脉炎发生率、跌倒发生率、非计划性拔管率,与对照组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柔性管理理念在肿瘤科护理管理中应用效果显著,值得应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of flexible management in the nursing management of oncology department.Methods A total of 82 nursing staff in the department of oncology from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 41 patients each.106 patients with tumors admitted to the undergraduate room during the same period of time were selected as the research objects,and randomly selected 53 patients were nursed by nurses in the control group,and the other 53 patients were nursed by nurses in the observation group.The control group adopted conventional management concepts,and the observation group implemented flexible management concepts to compare the application effects.Results The rate of nurse error in the observation group(9.76%),the accuracy rate of nursing assessment of high-risk patients,the awareness rate of health education,the patient’s satisfaction with nursing work,the rate of phlebitis,the rate of falls,the rate of unplanned extubation,compared with the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of flexible management concept in the nursing management of oncology department is effective and worthy of application.
