分析目标管理模式在外科护理管理中的应用方法及价值

Analyze the Application Method and Value of Target Management Model in Surgical Nursing Management

目的研究目标管理模式在外科护理管理当中的应用效果以及应用价值。方法选取该院100名外科护理工作人员与100例外科病房住院患者,该次实验研究的时间范围为2017年1月—2019年1月,将其分为实验组与对照组,将两组护理工作人员的病房管理质量、护理工作质量、护理操作水平、护理意外发生率、绩效优秀率、患者的护理满意度进行比较。结果两组病房管理质量、护理工作质量、护理操作水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的满意度、护理意外发生概率等内容,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目标管理模式在对外科护理管理工作当中的应用效果良好,可以有效地提高护理工作人员的护理工作水平以及护理工作能力,有效提高护理工作人员的操作能力,降低患者的护理意外发生概率,提高患者的护理满意度,值得在临床护理管理工作当中进一步推广应用。

Objective To study the application effect and application value of target management model in surgical nursing management.Methods Select 100 surgical nursing staff and 100 impatients in sargical ward in the hospital.The time range of this experimental study is from January 2017 to Januar 2019.They are divided into experimental group and control group.The two groups of nursing staff's ward management quality,nursing work quality,nursing operation level,nursing accident rate,excellent performance rate,and patient's nursing satisfaction were compared.Results There were statistically significant differences in the quality of ward management,nursing work quality,nursing operation level results between the two groups(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the two groups of patients,the probability of nursing accidents and other content,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The target management model has a good application effect in surgical nursing management.It can effectively improve the nursing work level and nursing work ability of nursing staff,effectively improve the operation ability of nursing staff,and reduce patients'probability of nursing accidents and the improvement of patients’nursing satisfaction are worthy of further promotion and application in clinical nursing management.
