目标管理在肾内科护士应急能力培训中的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Management by Objectives in the Training of Emergency Response Ability of Nephrology Nurses

目的分析在肾内科护士应急能力培训中实施目标管理的应用效果。方法选取该院2018年1月—2019年12月的肾内科护士28名,对肾内科护士经目标管理应急能力培训,对比培训前后护士应急能力、应急知识掌握和急救能力考核成绩。结果培训后,肾内科护士急救配合能力(94.11±4.17)分、专科操作能力(93.09±4.58)分、应急处理能力(92.72±4.25)分、病情变化预见能力(93.67±4.02)分、病情观察能力(92.02±4.21)分明显高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),肾内科护士应急知识掌握(93.35±3.84)分和急救能力(91.68±4.15)分明显高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目标管理应急能力培训对肾内科护士的培训效果较好,能够有效提高应急能力和急救能力,提升应急知识掌握情况,具有重要的临床指导意义。

Objective To analyze the application effect of target management in the emergency training of nephrology nurses.Methods Select 28 nephrology nurses in the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019.The nephrology nurses were trained in emergency management by target,and the nurses'emergency response ability,emergency knowledge mastery and first aid ability assessment results before and after the training were compared.Results After training,the nephrology nurses'first aid coordination ability(94.11±4.17)points,specialized operation ability(93.09±4.58)points,emergency treatment ability(92.72±4.25)points,disease change prediction ability(93.67±4.02)points,condition observation ability(92.02±4.21)points were significantly higher than before training,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),nephrology nurses'emergency knowledge mastery(93.35±3.84)points and first aid ability(91.68±4.15)points were significantly higher than before training,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The goal management emergency ability training has a good effect on the training of nephrology nurses.It can effectively improve the emergency ability and first aid ability,and enhance the emergency knowledge mastery,which has important clinical guiding significance.
