The Influencing Factors of Obstetric Nursing Safety Management and the Application Effect of Predictive Management

目的研究产科护理安全管理的影响因素及预见性管理的应用效果。方法选取在2018年1—11月来该院就诊的52名产妇为研究对象,设为观察组和对照组,每组26名。对照组:常规产科护理安全管理;观察组:在常规产科护理安全管理的基础上应用预见性管理。结果研究发现观察组的护理差错发生率3.85%以及护理纠纷发生率0.00%与对照组的护理差错发生率11.54%以及护理纠纷发生率7.69%相比较低,观察组产妇的新生儿窒息率3.85%与对照组产妇的新生儿窒息率19.23%相比较低(P<0.05)。结论预见性管理能够减少科室出现的护理差错和纠纷,降低新生儿窒息率,值得在临床中应用。

Objective To study the influencing factors of obstetric nursing safety management and the application effect of predictive management.Methods 52 parturients who came to the hospital from January to November 2018 were selected as the research objects,and set as the observation group and the control group,with 26 cases in each group.Control group:routine obstetric nursing safety management;observation group:applying predictive management on the basis of routine obstetric nursing safety management.Results The study found that the nursing error incidence rate of the observation group was 3.85%and the nursing dispute incidence rate 0.00%was lower than that of the control group 11.54%and the nursing dispute incidence rate of 7.69%.The neonatal asphyxia rate of pregnant women in the observation group was 3.85%.The neonatal asphyxia rate of pregnant women in the control group was 19.23%,which was relatively low(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive management can reduce nursing errors and disputes in the department and reduce the rate of neonatal asphyxia.It is worthy of clinical application.
