采用信息化管理模式降低保洁人员职业暴露风险的效果研究

Research on the Effect of Using Information Management Mode to Reducing Occupational Exposure Risk of Cleaning Staff

目的针对手术室保洁人员发生职业暴露的风险因素,采取信息化管理模式来进行保洁员管理,达到降低职业暴露损伤的目的。方法对手术室保洁员采用问卷调查及院感相关知识考核的方法查找发生职业暴露的关键因素,针对各个时期的危险因素,利用岗前培训、工作中具体方案制定、发生职业暴露后全面处理方案指导与监管、以及质量管理系统性不定期抽查等信息化管理模式进行管理。结果采用信息化管理手段干预前后,手术室保洁员的手卫生相关知识掌握率、防护用具正确使用率和发生职业暴露后正确处理与上报率均较干预前显著升高,分别为45.24%vs 78.57%,55.95%vs 85.71%,32.14%/82.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论信息化管理模式能够有效降低手术室保洁人员的职业暴露风险。

Objective Aiming at the risk factors of occupational exposure of cleaning staff in operating room,adopt an information management mode to manage cleaning staff to achieve the purpose of reducing occupational exposure injuries.Methods Use questionnaire surveys and hospital-related knowledge assessment for cleaning staff in the operating room to find the key factors of occupational exposure,aiming at the risk factors of each period,using pre-job training,formulating specific plans at work,and comprehensive treatment plans guidance and supervision after occupational exposure,as well as quality management,systematic and irregular random inspections,and other information management models for management.Results Before and after the intervention using information management methods,the operating room cleaners'hand hygiene-related knowledge mastery,the correct use of protective equipment,and the correct handling and reporting rates after occupational exposure were significantly higher than before the intervention,respectively 45.24%vs 78.57%,55.95%vs 85.71%,32.14%vs 82.14%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The information management model can effectively reduce the occupational exposure risk of cleaning staff in the operating room.
