摘要
目的分析PDCA模式在基层医院新生儿病房院感控制中的应用效果。方法纳入2018年1月2019年10月新生儿病房150例患儿,随机平均分为两组,参照组75例患儿实施传统护理管理,实验组75例患儿实施PDCA管理,对比两组微生物检测达标率、新生儿感染率。结果实验组医务人员手卫生、病房空气、设备及仪器、奶嘴及奶瓶、雾化瓶达标率(98.67%、96.00%、100.00%、100.00%、97.33%)均明显高于参照组(81.33%、80.00%、85.33%、86.67%、80.00%),实验组新生儿感染率(2.67%)明显低于参照组(21.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基层医院新生儿病房院感控制中引入PDCA管理模式,可有效提高微生物检测达标率,降低新生儿感染率,效果显著,值得借鉴。
Objective To analyze the application effect of PDCA model in the control of neonatal ward in primary hospitals.Methods The included 150 patients in the neonatal ward from January 2018 to October 2019,randomly divided into 2 groups,75 patients in the reference group were treated with traditional care management,75 patients in the experimental group were treated with PDCA management,and the two groups of microorganisms were compared of the test compliance rate,neonatal infection rate.Results The hand hygiene,ward air,equipment and instruments,pacifiers and milk bottles,and atomization bottles of the experimental group(98.67%,96.00%,100.00%,100.00%,97.33%)were significantly higher than those of the reference group(81.33%,80.00%,85.33%,86.67%,80.00%),the neonatal infection rate of the experimental group(2.67%)was significantly lower than that of the reference group(21.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of PDCA management mode in the control of neonatal ward in primary hospitals can effectively improve the rate of microbiological detection and reduce the rate of neonatal infection.The effect is significant and it is worth learning.
