PBL教学路线对呼吸内科临床护理带教质量的影响

摘要 目的探讨PBL教学路线对呼吸内科临床护理带教质量的影响。方法选取的研究对象为该院呼吸内科实习护士50名,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,其中采用PBL教学路线的有25名,为研究组;另外采用传统教学路线的25名,为对照组。比较两组护士实习结束后的考试成绩和教学质量等相关情况。结果研究组和对照组的摸底考试成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),表明研究组和对照组在进行实习之前,掌握基础知识程度差异无统计学意义,但是研究组护士实习结束后的出科成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组实习护士的护理教学质量显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学路线比传统教学路线更加能够调动实习护士主动学习,将实习护士的潜能发挥出来,从而提高整体的护理教学质量。 Objective To explore the influence of PBL teaching route on the quality of clinical nursing teaching in respiratory medicine.Methods The selected research objects were 50 practice nurses in the Department of Respiratory Medicine of our the hospital,and they were randomly divided into a study group and a control group.Among them,25 people used the PBL teaching route,which were the research group;and the other 25 people used the traditional teaching route,as the control group.Compare the examination results and teaching quality of the two groups of nurses after their internship.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the study group and the control group in the test scores(P>0.05),indicating that the study group and the control group had little difference in basic knowledge before the internship,but the study group nurses had significant results after the internship,higher than the control group(P<0.05);the nursing teaching quality of the practice nurses in the study group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL teaching route is more capable of mobilizing the active learning of the practical nurses than the traditional teaching route,and exerting the potential of the practical nurses,thereby improving the overall nursing teaching quality.It is worthy of promotion in clinical nursing teaching.
