带教指导在普外临床护理中的应用研究

摘要 目的分析在普外临床护理中带教指导的应用价值。方法分析对象选择于2018年5月—2019年5月期间该院普外科收治的护理实习生86名,抽签方法进行分组分析,43名开展精细化带教指导方法的护理实习生纳入实验组,43名开展传统带教方法的护理实习生纳入对照组,对2种带教指导方法的开展效果进行比对和分析。结果与对照组护理实习生相比对,实验组护理实习生理论知识分数、护理技能分数、知识掌握程度及对带教教师的满意度均获得提升显著的效果,对比数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在普外临床护理中实施精细化带教指导方法可达到理想的效果。 Objective To analyze the application value of teaching and guidance in general clinical nursing.Methods The analysis subjects selected 86 nursing interns admitted to the hospital during the period of May 2018 to May 2019.The lottery method was used for grouping analysis.43 nursing interns who carried out refined teaching and guidance methods were included in the experimental group,and 43 carried out traditional training nursing interns with teaching methods were included in the control group,and the effects of the two teaching methods were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group of nursing interns,the experimental group of nursing interns'theoretical knowledge scores,nursing skills scores,knowledge mastery,and satisfaction with teachers were all improved significantly,the difference in the comparison data is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of refined teaching and guidance methods in general clinical nursing can achieve ideal results.
