在传染病信息报告管理中PDCA循环法的应用价值评价

Evaluation of the Application Value of PDCA Cycle Method in the Management of Infectious Disease Information Report

目的探讨在传染病信息报告管理中PDCA循环法的应用效果与价值。方法将2018年1—12月收治的传染病患者562例作为观察组,即在传染病信息报告管理中采用PDCA循环法,另选择2017年1—12月收治的传染患者551例纳入对照组,即在传染病信息报告管理中未采用PDCA循环法,对比实施PDCA循环法前后的变化。结果观察组的传染病疫情报告率、报告准确率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组的传染病疫情漏报率、迟报率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在传染病信息报告管理中采用PDCA循环法提高了整体管理质量与效率,具有较高的实施价值与应用意义。

Objective To explore the application effect and value of the PDCA cycle method in the management of infectious disease information reports.Methods 562 infectious disease patients admitted from January to December 2018 were used as the observation group,that is,the PDCA cycle method was used in the management of infectious disease information report,and 551 infectious patients admitted from January to December 2017 were selected Included in the control group,that is,the PDCA cycle method was not used in the management of infectious disease information report,and the changes before and after the implementation of the PDCA cycle method were compared.Results The reporting rate and reporting accuracy of infectious diseases in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The underreporting and late reporting rates of infectious diseases in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle method used in the management of infectious disease information reports improves the overall management quality and efficiency,and has high implementation value and application significance.
