摘要
目的分析DR-NM23在浸润性乳腺癌中的表达及与临床病理参数的关系。方法该院于2016年2月—2019年6月方便择选研究病例共50例,均是浸润性乳腺癌病患,收集整体临床资料,取病理癌组织,以免疫组织化学法对所取癌组织中所含DR-NM23情况进行检测,同时分析该基因在癌症中的表达以及其和临床病理参数之间的关系,以期能为疾病的治疗提供相应的参考依据。结果经检测发现,50例患者中有13例DR-NM23在癌组织中呈阳性状态,即阳性表达率为26.0%;另外经免疫组织检测发现,有43例患者DR-NM23在癌旁组织中呈阳性,其表达率为86.0%。通过多因素Logistic回归分析可知,浸润性乳腺癌组织中所含DR-NM23蛋白和雌激素受体表达、组织学分级、TNM分期和淋巴转移表达之间为负相关状态,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。DR-NM23和患者年龄、Her-25受体、肿瘤体积大小以及PR受体之间存在的关系不明显(P>0.05)。通过统计学软件的比较检验发现,癌组织中DR-NM23表达水平较癌旁组织DR-NM23表达水平而言,明显要低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在浸润型乳腺癌的临床诊疗中对患者癌组织中DR-NM23进行检测,可为了解疾病的发生和发展提供相应的参考资料,为治疗方案的明确提供更为合理的理论依据,使疾病的诊疗更为科学、准确。
Objective To analyze the expression of DR-NM23 in invasive breast cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters. Methods From February 2016 to June 2019, the hospital convenient selected a total of 50 research cases, all of whom were patients with invasive breast cancer. The overall clinical data was collected, and the cancer tissues of the cases were collected, and the cancer tissues were analyzed by immunohistochemistry. The condition of DR-NM23 contained in the DR-NM23 is detected, and the expression of the gene in cancer and its relationship with clinical pathological parameters are analyzed at the same time, in order to provide a corresponding reference basis for the treatment of the disease. Results It was found through testing that 13 of 50 patients were positive for DR-NM23 in cancer tissues, that is, the positive expression rate was 26.0%. In addition, immune tissue testing found that there were 43 patients with DR-NM23 in adjacent tissues. It was positive in C, and its expression rate was 86.0%. Through multivariate logistic regression analysis, it can be seen that the expression of DR-NM23 protein and estrogen receptor, histological grade, TNM stage and lymphatic metastasis expression contained in invasive breast cancer tissue are negatively correlated, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). The relationship between DR-NM23 and patient age, Her-25 receptor, tumor size and PR receptor is not obvious(P>0.05). The comparative test of statistical software found that the expression level of DR-NM23 in cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of DR-NM23 in the cancer tissues of patients in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of invasive breast cancer can provide corresponding reference materials for understanding the occurrence and development of the disease, and provide a more reasonable theoretical basis for the clarification of the treatment plan. The diagnosis and treatment of diseases is more scientific and accurate.
