产后大出血产妇救护中护理应急预案配合无缝隙护理的应用价值

The Application Value of Nursing Emergency Plan and Seamless Nursing in the Rescue of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的探讨产后大出血产妇在救护中应用护理应急预案配合无缝隙护理的价值。方法便利选取2017年9月—2018年9月于该院就诊的产后大出血患者进行常规应急护理,随机挑选35例作为对照组;将2018年10月—2019年9月收治的此类患者应用护理应急预案配合无缝隙护理,随机挑选35例作为研究组,进行回顾性分析。结果对照组止血成功28例,成功率80.0%;研究组止血成功34例,成功率97.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.081, P=0.024)。研究组止血时间、手术时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.711、3.765、5.657,P<0.05)结论护理应急预案配合无缝隙护理可有效提高产后大出血产妇护理质量,明显提高止血成功率、缩短止血时间、手术时间以及住院时间,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore the value of applying nursing emergency plan with seamless nursing in the rescue of women with postpartum hemorrhage. Methods The patients with postpartum hemorrhage who were treated in the hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were convenient selected for routine emergency care, and 35 cases were randomly selected as the control group;such patients admitted from October 2018 to September 2019 were applied nursing emergency plan combined with seamless nursing, and 35 cases were randomly selected as the study group for retrospective analysis.Results 28 cases were successfully stopped in the control group with a success rate of 80.0%;34 cases in the study group were successfully stopped with a success rate of 97.1%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=5.081, P =0.024). The study group’s hemostasis time, operation time and hospital stay were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t =4.711, 3.765, 5.656, P <0.05). Conclusion Nursing emergency plan combined with seamless nursing can effectively improve postpartum hemorrhage quality of care, can significantly increase the success rate of hemostasis, shorten the time of hemostasis, operation time and hospital stay, and improve patient care satisfaction.
