疼痛护理模式对类风湿关节炎患者生活质量的临床影响

The Clinical Influence of Pain Nursing Mode on the Quality of Life of Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的探讨疼痛护理模式对类风湿关节炎患者生活质量的临床影响。方法方便选取该院2017年10月—2019年12月收治的48例患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组24例(常规护理);观察组24例(疼痛护理模式)。对比两组的生活质量、疼痛程度、心理健康状况以及护理满意度。结果两组患者生理、心理、社会、物质生活评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者疼痛程度评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度分别为95.83%,高于对照组(χ^2=5.400,P=0.020<0.05)。两组患者心理健康状况评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对类风湿关节炎患者开展疼痛护理模式,能够有效缓解其疼痛感,提高其生活质量以及护理满意度,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical impact of pain nursing mode on the quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods A total of 48 patients admitted to the hospital from October 2017 to December 2019 were convenient selected as the research objects. According to the random number table, they were divided into 24 cases in the control group(routine care) and 24 cases in the observation group(pain care mode). The quality of life, pain degree, mental health status and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results There were statistically significant differences in the scores of physiological, psychological, social and material life between the two groups(P<0.05). The pain degree scores of the two groups were statistically significantly different(P <0.05). The care satisfaction of the observation group of patients was 95.83%,which was higher than that of the control group(χ^2=5.400,P=0.020<0.05). The mental health scores of the two groups were statistically significantly different(P<0.05). Conclusion The pain nursing model for patients with rheumatoid arthritis can effectively relieve their pain, improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction, and have high clinical application value.
