规范性饮食护理干预对胃癌患者营养相关指标及化疗依从性的影响

Effect of Standardized Diet Nursing Intervention on Nutrition-related Indexes and Chemotherapy Compliance of Patients with Gastric Cancer

目的探究规范性饮食护理干预对胃癌患者营养相关指标及化疗依从性的影响。方法方便选择该院2016年2月—2019年6月收治的胃癌患者100例为研究对象,50例常规组患者进行常规护理,50例规范组患者在常规组基础上进行规范性饮食护理干预。观察两组患者出院时、出院6个月的营养状况,化疗依从性,护理前后的生活质量比较。结果规范组患者出院时、出院6个月的营养状况评分分别为(5.23±1.77)分和(3.86±1.41)分,明显好于常规组(4.09±1.63)分和(2.65±1.32)分(t=3.350、4.430,P<0.05),化疗依从性94.00%明显高于常规组74.00%(χ^2=14.881,P<0.001),护理后的生活质量评分也明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胃癌患者进行规范性饮食护理干预可以有效提高患者的营养状况,提高化疗依从性,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the influence of standardized diet nursing intervention on nutrition-related indicators and chemotherapy compliance of gastric cancer patients. Methods 100 patients with gastric cancer admitted to the hospital from February 2016 to June 2019 were convenient selected as the research objects. 50 patients in the routine group received routine care, and 50 patients in the standard group received standardized dietary care intervention on the basis of the routine group. The nutritional status, compliance with chemotherapy, and quality of life before and after nursing were observed between the two groups of patients at discharge and 6 months after discharge. Results The results of the study showed that the nutritional status scores of patients in the standard group were(5.23±1.77) points and(3.86±1.41) points at discharge and 6 months after discharge, which were significantly better than the routine group(4.09±1.63) points and(2.65±1.32) points(t=3.350, 4.430, P<0.05), chemotherapy compliance 94.00% was significantly higher than 74.00% in the routine group(χ^2=14.881, P<0.001), quality of life score after nursing was also significantly higher than the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Standardized dietary nursing intervention for patients with gastric cancer can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients, improve compliance with chemotherapy, and improve the quality of life of patients.
