疏血通注射液与奥扎格雷钠联合治疗脑血栓临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Combined Treatment of Shuxuetong Injection and Ozagrel Sodium on Cerebral Thrombosis

目的分析对脑血栓患者给予奥扎格雷钠与疏血通注射液联治疗法的效果及价值。方法 2018年10月—2019年10月方便选取该院收治的脑血栓66例患者为研究对象,按不同疗法分为A组(n=33,奥扎格雷钠)、B组(n=33,奥扎格雷钠与疏血通注射液联治),比较其治疗效果。结果 B组的NIHSS评分较A组低,ESS评分、SF-36评分与ADL评分均较A组高(t=3.749、9.575、8.084、12.798,P<0.05);A组该次治疗的总有效率(78.79%)比B组(96.97%)低(χ2=5.121,P=0.024)。结论奥扎格雷钠与疏血通联治脑血栓的效果显著。

Objective To analyze the effect and value of combined therapy of ozagrel sodium and Shuxuetong injection on patients with cerebral thrombosis. Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,66 cases patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted to the hospital as subjects, and divided into group A according to different therapies(n=33, ozagrel sodium), group B(n=33, combined treatment of ozagrel sodium and Shuxuetong injection), compare the therapeutic effects. Results The NIHSS score of group B was lower than that of group A, and the scores of ESS, SF-36 and ADL were higher than those of group A(t=3.749,9.575.8.084,12.798,P<0.05);group A this time of total effective rate of treatment(78.7%) was lower than that of B(96.97%). Conclusion The combination of ozagrel sodium and Shuxuetong is effective in treating cerebral thrombosis.
