齐拉西酮治疗首发精神分裂症患者的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of Ziprasidone in the Treatment of Patients with First-episode Schizophrenia

目的探究齐拉西酮应用于首发精神分裂症治疗中的效果,分析其临床应用价值。方法该组研究的时间为2018年4月—2019年8月,在此段时间内该院收治的患者中单纯随机抽取120例,依照随机数字表法分组,对照组和实验组,各60例。对照组单纯应用阿立哌唑进行治疗,实验组选择齐拉西酮,对两组患者治疗完成后的表现状况进行记录,分析组间差异。结果对治疗前两组患者的阴性症状评分进行计算,组间数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后实验组患者的阴性症状评分相比于对照组改善明显,且比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=19.098,P<0.001)。实验组治疗总有效率95.00%(57/60)明显优于对照组治疗总有效率为65.00%(39/60),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=16.875,P<0.001)。结论对首发精神分裂症患者予以齐拉西酮进行治疗,临床症状得到改善,而该种方案在应用过程中能够改善患者的认知功能,对于患者治疗总有效率的提高来说有积极意义,具有较高的可用价值,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of ziprasidone in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia and analyze its clinical application value. Methods The study period of this group was from April 2018 to August 2019. During this period,120 patients were random selected from the patients admitted in the hospital and grouped according to the random number table method, the control group and the experimental group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with aripiprazole alone, and the patients in the experimental group chose ziprasidone as the treatment plan. The performance of the two groups after the treatment was recorded and the differences between the groups were analyzed. Results The negative symptom scores of the two groups of patients before treatment were calculated, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). After treatment, the negative symptom scores of the experimental group were significantly improved compared with the control group, and were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=19.098,P<0.001). The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 95.00%(57/60) was significantly better than the total effective rate in the control group was 65.00%(39/60), the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=16.875,P<0.001). Conclusion Treatment of first-episode schizophrenia patients with ziprasidone can improve the clinical symptoms, and this program can improve the cognitive function of the patients during the application process, which is useful for the improvement of the total effective treatment efficiency of the patients Positive meaning, high usable value, worthy of promotion.
