舒适护理在痔疮围手术期患者中的应用措施和护理质量观察

Application of Comfort nursing in Patients with Hemorrhoids During Perioperative Period and Observation of Nursing Quality

目的探讨舒适护理在痔疮围手术期患者中的应用措施和护理质量。方法该研究方便选择该院2017年4月—2018年4月收治的痔疮围手术期患者100例,分为参照组与试验组,每组50例,给予参照组常规护理,给予试验组舒适护理,对比两组患者的治疗情况、并发症发病率、日常生活能力、护理满意度,进行统计学分析。结果试验组患者手术时间、术后排气时间、创面愈合时间与住院时间均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者并发症发生率4.00%优于参照组16.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.000,P<0.05)。试验组护理后日常生活能力评分明显优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痔疮患者围手术期实施舒适护理,有效缩短治疗时间,预防并发症,改善日常生活能力,得到满意评价,具有显著的护理效果。

Objective To explore the application measures and nursing quality of comfort nursing in patients with hemorrhoids during perioperative period. Methods This study conveniently selected 100 patients with hemorrhoids during the perioperative period. The study period was from April 2017 to April 2018. They were divided into a reference group and a test group, each with 50 cases. The reference group was given routine care and the test group was given comfortable nursing, comparing the treatment status, morbidity of complications, ability of daily living, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients, and statistical analysis. Results The operation time, postoperative exhaust time, wound healing time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were better than those of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group 4.00% was better than that in the reference group 16.00%, the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.000,P<0.05). The score of daily living ability after nursing in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing care for patients with hemorrhoids during the perioperative period can effectively shorten the treatment time, prevent complications, and improve the ability of daily living. It has been satisfactorily evaluated. It has a significant nursing effect.
