精神科护理采用共情护理对工作质量的提升效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Empathy Nursing on Work Quality in Psychiatric Nursing

目的探究精神科护理采用共情护理对其工作质量的提升效果。方法便利择取2018年4月—2019年11月期间该院收治的86例精神疾病患者和52名护理人员参与研究,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组43例患者和26名护理人员。对照组开展常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上开展共情护理,两组患者护理满意度、不良事件发生率以及护理人员共情能力评分等指标进行比较。结果实验组患者护理满意度95.35%高于对照组81.40%,不良事件发生率11.63%低于对照组32.56%,数据组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.074、5.472,P<0.05);实验组共情能力评分(127.08±4.185)分高于对照组(112.69±6.065)分,数据组间差异有统计学意义(t=9.958,P<0.05)。结论在常规护理工作基础上引入共情护理,可以为精神科患者提供质量更高的护理服务,对改善患者病情、降低不良事件发生率具有积极作用,值得在临床中进行推广。

Objective To explore the effect of empathy nursing on the quality of work in psychiatric nursing. Methods Convenient selected 86 patients with mental illness and 52 nursing staff admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to November 2019 to participate in the study. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and experimental group, with 43 patients and 26 in each group. Nursing staff. The control group carried out routine nursing, and the experimental group carried out empathy nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The two groups were compared with indicators such as nursing satisfaction, incidence of adverse events, and empathy scores of nurses. Results The patient’s satisfaction with nursing care in the experimental group was 95.35% higher than that of the control group81.40%, and the incidence of adverse events was 11.63% lower than that of the control group 32.56%. The difference is statistically significant(χ^2=4.074, 5.472, P<0.05);the empathy ability score of the experimental group was(127.08±4.185)points higher than the control group(112.69±6.065)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.958, P<0.05). Conclusion The introduction of empathy nursing on the basis of routine nursing work can provide higher quality nursing services for psychiatric patients, and has a positive effect on improving the patient’s condition and reducing the incidence of adverse events. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
