温阳利水化瘀方治疗儿童原发性难治性肾病综合征的临床研究

Clinical Study of Wenyang Lishui Huayu Recipe in Treating Children’s Primary Refractory Nephrotic Syndrome

目的探究温阳利水化瘀方治疗儿童原发性难治性肾病综合征的临床效果。方法 2018年9月—2019年11月,共方便选取该科室56例儿童原发性难治性肾病综合征患儿进行该次研究,选用电脑随机数字法将研究对象分为两组,对比组28例,研究组28例,对比组进行常规西药治疗,研究组在常规治疗的同时采用温阳利水化瘀方治疗,分析两组的能量摄入量、蛋白摄入量、24 h尿蛋白定量、白蛋白以及水肿平均消退时间数据。结果数据结果显示:研究组能量摄入量为(32.6±4.6)kcal,对比组为(29.3±4.9)kcal;研究组蛋白摄入量(1.1±0.2)g,对比组(0.9±0.1)g;研究组24 h尿蛋白定量为(2.2±1.6)g,对比组为(3.9±1.8)g差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组白蛋白含量为(32.4±2.6)g/L,对比组为(28.2±4.3)g/L(t=4.422,P<0.001);研究组的水肿平均消退时间为(11.6±2.3)d,对比组为(15.2±2.8)d,差异有统计学意义(t=5.257,P<0.001)。结论在儿童原发性难治性肾病综合征患儿中,采用温阳利水化瘀方进行治疗,能够良好地提升患儿的能量与蛋白摄入量,降低24 h尿蛋白定量,提升白蛋白含量,减短水肿平均消退时间,在实际临床中的运用价值较高,应该在临床中广泛运用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wenyang Lishui Huayu Decoction in treating children with primary refractory nephrotic syndrome. Methods September 2018 to November 2019, a total of 56 children with primary refractory nephrotic syndrome in the undergraduate room were conveniently selected for this study. The computer random number method was used to divide the study subjects into 2 groups. 28 cases in the comparison group and 28 cases in the study group. The comparison group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the study group was treat ed with Wenyang Lishui Huayu Recipe at the same time as the conventional treatment. The energy intake, protein intake and 24 h urine of the two groups were analyzed Data on protein quantification, albumin, and average time to edema resolution.Results The data results showed that the energy intake of the study group was(32.6±4.6) kcal, the control group was(29.3±4.9) kcal;the study group protein intake was(1.1 ±0.2) g, the comparison group was(0.9 ±0.1)g;the 24 h urine protein quantitative in the study group was(2.2±1.6)g, the comparison group was(3.9±1.8)g(t=3.735, P<0.001);the albumin content of the study group was(32.4±2.6) g/L, the control group was(28.2±4.3) g/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The mean regression time of edema in the study group was(11.6±2.3)d, the comparison group was(15.2±2.8)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.257,P<0.001). Conclusion In children with primary refractory nephrotic syndrome,treatment with Wenyang Lishui Huayu Decoction can well increase the patient’s energy and protein intake, reduce the 24 h urine protein quantification, and increase the albumin content, shorten the average time of edema subsidence, which is of high value in actual clinical application and should be widely used in clinical practice.
