分析急诊生化检验中肝素抗凝血浆的可行性以及实用性 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨在急诊生化检验当中应用肝素抗凝血浆的临床可行性以及其实用性。方法方便选取2018年2—9月期间在该院接受体检并且结果显示健康的88名志愿者作为研究对象,每名志愿者抽取两份等量的血液样本,其中一份样本使用抗凝剂,将其设定为实验组,另一份样本不使用抗凝剂,设定为对照组,应用专业的智能生化分析仪器进行样本的检验,比较分析两组样本的尿素氮、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、葡萄糖、钾离子、钙离子的含量等各项急诊生化检验结果。结果两组样本当中尿素氮、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶含量以及钙离子水平等生化指标水平检测结果比较接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组血浆样本当中的钾离子的含量为(3.54±0.26)mmol/L低于对照组的(4.21±0.31)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=15.534,P=0.001);实验组血浆当中的葡萄糖的含量为(5.61±1.48)mmol/L高于对照组的(4.57±1.21)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=5.103,P=0.001)。结论在急诊生化检验当中应用肝素抗凝血浆,在标本目标分离操作当中可以减少血液凝固的步骤,还能对血溶现象的发生起到抑制作用,在临床上具有优异的可行性以及实用性。 Objective To explore the clinical feasibility and practicality of using heparin anticoagulated plasma in emergency biochemical tests. Methods Conveniently selected 88 volunteers who received a physical examination in the hospital from February to September 2018 and the results showed that they were healthy as the research subjects. Each volunteer took two blood samples of equal volume, and one of the samples was treated with antibiotics coagulant, as the experimental group, and the other sample without anticoagulant, set it as the control group, apply professional intelligent biochemical analysis instrument to test the sample, compare and analyze the urea nitrogen and glutathione of the two samples results of various emergency biochemical tests such as the content of aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase,glucose, potassium ion, and calcium ion. Results The detection results of biochemical index levels such as urea nitrogen,alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase and calcium ion levels in the two samples were relatively close, and the differences between the groups were not significant, and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);plasma potassium ion content in the sample in the experimental group was(3.54±0.26) mmol/L lower than the control group(4.21±0.31) mmol/L, the difference was statistically significant(t=15.534, P=0.001);The plasma glucose content of the experimental group was(5.61 ±1.48)mmol/L higher than that of the control group(4.57 ±1.21) mmol/L, the difference was statistically significant(t=5.103,P=0.001). Conclusion The application of heparin anticoagulated plasma in emergency biochemical tests can reduce blood coagulation steps during the operation of target separation of specimens, and can also inhibit the occurrence of hemolysis, which has excellent clinical feasibility and practicality.
