总体国家安全观是习近平总书记根据国内外形势的最新发展变化而提出的,是我国国家安全观与时俱进的新发展。总体国家安全观在强调构建完整的国家安全体系的基础上,更加关注非传统安全。技术性贸易措施与国家安全密切相关,加强技术性贸易措施要提高对技术性贸易措施工作的认识;充分利用技术性贸易措施保障国家安全;扎实推进我国技术性贸易措施工作体系建设。

The holistic view of national security is put forward by general secretary Xi Jinping according to the latest development and changes from domestic and foreign country.It is a new development of China's national security concept keeping pace with the times.On the basis of emphasizing the construction of a complete national security system,the holistic view of national security pays more attention to non-traditional security.Technical trade measures are closely related to national security.Based on the study of technical trade measures in a holistic view of national security,this paper expounds the relationship between technical trade measures and national security,and puts forward suggestions for strengthening the work of technical trade measures.
