半挂汽车列车转弯时临界车速的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文针对半挂汽车列车转弯时侧翻事故较多的特点,以提高半挂汽车列车行驶时侧倾稳定性,降低事故率为目标,以某一款六轴半挂汽车列车为研究对象,建立整车动力学模型,研究装载质量、路面附着系数对半挂汽车列车转弯时侧翻侧滑的影响,建立了侧翻侧滑临界车速与附着系数、装载质量的数学模型。通过仿真实验验证数学模型的准确性,结果表明,该模型在半挂汽车列车转弯时的临界车速计算方面提供了一种合理、精确的运算方法,有利于快速确定车辆的临界车速,用于半挂汽车列车主动安全预警等功能。 In view of the characteristics of Semi-trailer turning accident,the aim is to improve the roll stability and reduce the accident rate of the semi-trailer train,Taking a six-axle semi-trailer train as the research object,a vehicle dynamic model is established to study the influence of loading quality and road surface adhesion coefficient on the side-rolling and sidesliding of the semi-trailer train when turning,the mathematical models of critical vehicle speed,adhesion coefficient and loading quality are established.The accuracy of the mathematical model is verified by simulation experiments,the results show that the model provides a reasonable and accurate method for calculating the critical speed of a semi-trailer train in turning,it is helpful to quickly determine the critical speed of the vehicle and is used for the active safety early warning of the semi-trailer train.
