摘要
太凤高速公路沥青混凝土拌和站采用煤制气技术,将煤粉转化为高效洁净的可燃气体后生产沥青混合料。本文详细介绍煤制气技术的工作原理,并从使用性能、能耗、排放等方面将煤制气与传统重油燃料进行综合比较,通过其与传统重油燃料的燃烧性能、能耗和尾气排放等方面的对比可知,煤制气燃烧稳定充分效率高,生产沥青混合料能源消耗量少,碳和硫排放量小,可避免重油燃烧产生的污染,节能减排效果良好,同时项目生产沥青混合料的节能、经济和环保效益测算数据表明,煤制气技术节能效益显著,沥青混合料生产成本有效降低,环保效益良好。
Taifeng Expressway Asphalt Concrete Mixing Station uses coal-to-gas technology to convert coal powder into efficient and clean combustible gas to produce asphalt mixture.This article introduces the working principle of coal-to-gas technology in detail,and compares coal-to-gas with traditional heavy oil fuels in terms of performance,energy consumption,emissions,etc.,and compares its combustion performance,energy consumption and exhaust emissions with traditional heavy oil fuels.The comparison shows that the coal-to-gas combustion is stable,sufficient and efficient,the energy consumption of the production of asphalt mixture is low,the carbon and sulfur emissions are small,the pollution caused by the burning of heavy oil can be avoided,the energy saving and emission reduction effect is good,and the project produces asphalt mixture.The energy-saving,economic and environmental protection benefit calculation data show that coal-to-gas technology has significant energy-saving benefits,the production cost of asphalt mixture is effectively reduced,and the environmental protection benefits are good.
