手术室护理干预对结石性胆囊炎合并糖尿病患者的临床价值

Clinical Value of Nursing Intervention in Operating Room for Patients with Calculous Cholecystitis and Diabetes

目的探讨手术室护理干预对结石性胆囊炎合并糖尿病患者的临床价值。方法选择2018年7月—2019年7月于该院进行择期手术治疗的结石性胆囊炎合并糖尿病患者78例,通过数字随机法分为对照组和观察组,各39例,对照组接受常规手术护理,观察组接受手术室护理干预。比较两组患者围术期生命体征、护理前后的血糖、心理状态和睡眠质量。结果两组患者术前的FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、收缩压、舒张压、心率、SAS、SDS和PSQI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者麻醉前和术后的收缩压、舒张压、心率、FPG、2 hPG和HbA1c水平均低于对照组患者(P<0.05),护理后观察组患者的SAS、SDS和PSQI评分均低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理干预能够有效稳定患者的血糖水平和手术期生命体征,改善患者术后的情绪状态和睡眠质量。

Objective To explore the clinical value of nursing intervention in operating room for patients with calculous cholecystitis and diabetes.Methods A total of 78 patients with calculous cholecystitis and diabetes who underwent elective surgical treatment in the hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 39 cases each.The control group received conventional operating nursing,the observation group received nursing intervention in the operating room.The perioperative vital signs,blood glucose,mental state and sleep quality before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The comparison of preoperative FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,SAS,SDS and PSQI scores between the two groups of patients was not statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The observation group's contraction before and after anesthesia of levels of blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS,SDS and PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention in the operating room can effectively stabilize the patient's blood glucose level and vital signs during surgery,and improve the patient's emotional state and sleep quality after surgery.
