归脾汤加减合关元等穴埋针治疗糖尿病阳痿临床有效性分析

Observation on Clinical Effectiveness of Guipi Decoction Combined with Guanyuan and Other Points in Treating Diabetic Impotence

目的研究与分析归脾汤加减合关元等穴埋针治疗糖尿病阳痿临床有效性。方法该次研究选择该院2019年3月—2020年5月进行治疗的患有糖尿病阳痿疾病的40例,随后根据患者的不同的治疗方法进行分组,主要分为单纯治疗组(20例)与联合治疗组(20例)。对比两组血糖水平及临床有效性观察。结果联合治疗组与单纯治疗组患者的血糖水平以及临床有效率等指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论归脾汤加减合关元等穴埋针治疗糖尿病阳痿临床有效性较高,患者满意度较高。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effectiveness of Guipi Decoction combined with Guanyuan and other points in the treatment of diabetic impotence.Methods The study selected 40 patients with diabetic impotence who came to the hospital for treatment from March 2019 to May 2020,and then grouped them according to the different treatment methods of the patients,mainly divided into the simple treatment group(20 cases)and combined treatment group(20 cases).Compare the blood glucose levels and clinical effectiveness of the two groups.Results There were significant differences in blood glucose levels and clinical effective rates between the combined treatment group and the simple treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Guipi Decoction combined with Guanyuan and other acupoints have higher clinical effectiveness in treating diabetic impotence,and patients’satisfaction is higher.
