探讨糖尿病低血糖昏迷患者实施急诊救治的效果价值

Investigating the Effect of Emergency Treatment in Diabetic Hypoglycemic Coma Patients

目的探讨糖尿病低血糖昏迷患者实施急诊救治的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2018年10月—2019年10月经该院救治47例糖尿病低血糖昏迷患者数据资料,其中一组为对照组(23例),采取常规急诊救治;另一组为实验组(24例),采取常规急诊救治联合系统干预,对比其疗效。结果①对照组苏醒时间与空腹血糖分别为(81.9±6.9)min、(7.2±1.2)mmol/L,实验组苏醒时间与空腹血糖分别为(65.4±4.5)min、(6.0±0.6)mmol/L,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②实验组患者治疗优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊救治治疗糖尿病低血糖昏迷患者的疗效较为理想,同时辅助系统干预可有效缩短患者苏醒时间。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of emergency treatment in diabetic hypoglycemic coma patients.Methods Retrospectively analyze the data of 47 diabetic hypoglycemic coma patients treated in the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019.One group was the control group(23 cases),and the other group was the experimental group(24 cases),the conventional emergency treatment combined with systematic intervention was used to compare its efficacy.Results 1.The wake-up time and fasting blood glucose of the control group were(81.9±6.9)min and(7.2±1.2)mmol/L,respectively.The wake-up time and fasting blood glucose of the experimental group were(65.4±4.5)min and(6.0±0.6)mmol/L,respectively,the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The treatment excellent rate of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The emergency treatment is effective in treating diabetic patients with hypoglycemia and coma.At the same time,auxiliary system intervention can effectively shorten the patient's recovery time.
