饮食控制对妊娠糖尿病的治疗作用分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析饮食控制对妊娠糖尿病的治疗作用。方法以数字随机分组法将该院2018年3月—2019年5月期间收治的妊娠糖尿病患者80例分为两组,对照组接受常规管理,观察组患者联合饮食控制。比较两组患者的血糖控制达标时间、血糖水平以及母婴结局。结果观察组患者的血糖控制达标时间短于对照组,空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的胎膜早破、羊水过多、产后出血以及剖宫产发生率均明显低于对照组,其胎儿宫内窘迫发生率、巨大儿发生率、早产发生率以及新生儿低血糖发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论饮食控制应用于妊娠糖尿病患者中对血糖控制、改善母婴结局均有重要意义。 Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of diet control on gestational diabetes.Methods The 80 patients with gestational diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to May 2019 were divided into two groups by numerical randomization.The control group received routine management and the observation group received combined diet control.The time to reach the standard of blood glucose control,blood glucose level and maternal and infant outcome were compared between the two groups.Results Observation group's blood glucose control standard time was shorter than that of control group.Fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose were lower than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observation group had premature rupture of membranes,polyhydramnios,postpartum hemorrhage and cesarean section incidence rates were significantly lower than those in the control group.The incidence of fetal distress,macrosomia,premature delivery,and neonatal hypoglycemia were also lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of diet control in patients with gestational diabetes is important for blood glucose control and improving maternal and infant outcomes.
