持续皮下注射胰岛素治疗糖尿病合并甲亢的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Continuous Subcutaneous Injection of Insulin in the Treatment of Diabetes with Hyperthyroidism

目的探讨持续皮下注射胰岛素治疗糖尿病合并甲亢的效果。方法选择该院100例2018年1月—2019年1月糖尿病合并甲亢患者。随机分组,常规治疗组采取常规分次皮下注射胰岛素治疗,持续皮下注射胰岛素组则采取持续皮下注射胰岛素治疗。比较两组糖尿病合并甲亢的治疗效果。结果治疗前常规治疗组、持续皮下注射胰岛素组空腹血糖、晚餐后2 h血糖、BMI以及HbA1c相近(P>0.05);治疗后持续皮下注射胰岛素组空腹血糖、晚餐后2 h血糖、BMI以及HbA1c降低幅度更大(P<0.05)。持续皮下注射胰岛素组患者空腹血糖达到正常时间、甲亢突眼症状、消瘦症状改善时间短于常规治疗组患者,胰岛素使用量少于常规治疗组患者(P<0.05)。持续皮下注射胰岛素组低血糖少于常规治疗组(P<0.05),持续皮下注射胰岛素组低血糖有1例,发生率是2%。常规治疗组低血糖有7例,发生率是14%。结论持续皮下注射胰岛素治疗糖尿病合并甲亢可获得较好效果,可有效控制血糖和改善甲亢症状,缩短血糖达标时间,减少胰岛素用量,减少低血糖发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of continuous subcutaneous injection of insulin in the treatment of diabetes with hyperthyroidism.Methods 100 patients with diabetes and hyperthyroidism from January 2018 to January 2019 in the hospital were selected.Randomized groups.The conventional treatment group was treated with regular subcutaneous insulin injections,and the continuous subcutaneous insulin group was treated with continuous subcutaneous insulin injections.Compare the treatment effect of two groups of diabetes with hyperthyroidism.Results Before treatment,the fasting blood glucose,BMI and HbA1c of the conventional treatment group,the continuous subcutaneous insulin injection group,and the two hours after dinner were similar(P>0.05);after the treatment,the fasting blood glucose,the blood glucose,BMI and HbA1c two hours after the dinner were lower in the continuous subcutaneous insulin injection group amplitude(P<0.05).In the continuous subcutaneous insulin injection group,the time for fasting blood glucose to reach normal,hyperthyroidism,exophthalmos,and weight loss were shorter than those in the conventional treatment group,and insulin consumption was less than that in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).Hypoglycemia in the continuous subcutaneous insulin injection group was less than that in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).There was 1 case of hypoglycemia in the continuous subcutaneous insulin injection group,and the incidence was 2%.There were 7 cases of hypoglycemia in the conventional treatment group,and the incidence was 14%.Conclusion Continuous subcutaneous insulin injection can achieve better results in the treatment of diabetes with hyperthyroidism,which can effectively control blood sugar and improve the symptoms of hyperthyroidism,shorten the time for blood glucose to reach the standard,reduce the amount of insulin,and reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.
