胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗妊娠期糖尿病的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Insulin Combined with Metformin in the Treatment of Gestational Diabetes

目的研究胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗妊娠期糖尿病的临床效果。方法选取该院在2018年1月—2019年10月收治106例妊娠糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,53例参照组患者采用胰岛素治疗,53例实验组患者采用胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗,对比两组患者的血糖控制效果、分娩方式以及母婴不良事件发生率。结果实验组患者的FPG、2 hPG以及HbA1c指标均低于参照组,实验组的自然分娩率为73.58%,高于参照组的49.06%,实验组的母婴不良事件发生率为3.77%,显著低于参照组的18.87%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为妊娠期糖尿病患者采用胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗方案,可获得理想的血糖控制效果,对促进自然分娩、预防母婴不良事件也有一定帮助。

Objective To study the clinical effect of insulin combined with metformin in the treatment of gestational diabetes.Methods A total of 106 patients with gestational diabetes in the hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.53 patients in the reference group were treated with insulin,and 53 patients in the experimental group were treated with insulin combined metformin treatment,the blood glucose control effect,delivery method,and incidence of adverse events between the two groups of patients were compared.Results The FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c indicators of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group.The natural delivery rate of the experimental group was 73.58%,which was higher than the reference group's 49.06%.The incidence of maternal and infant adverse events in the experimental group was 3.77%,which was significantly lower compared with 18.87%of the reference group,the comparison of the data between the two groups was(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of insulin combined with metformin for the treatment of gestational diabetes patients can achieve ideal blood sugar control effects,and it is also helpful to promote natural delivery and prevent adverse maternal and infant events.
