手术室中胃癌合并糖尿病患者的手术护理价值和护理质量观察

Surgical Nursing Value and Nursing Quality Observation of Patients with Gastric Cancer and Diabetes in Operating Room

目的分析手术室中胃癌合并糖尿病患者的手术护理价值和护理质量。方法胃癌合并糖尿病患者作为该次研究的主要对象,总例数200例,患者收取时间在2018—2019年,研究对象200例使用电脑随机分配方式分为两组,其中100例作为观察组(实施手术护理)、100例作为对照组(实施常规护理),将两组的手术室护理质量评分以及满意度对比。结果观察组安全护理能力、操作技能熟练度、服务意识、护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对胃癌合并糖尿病患者实施手术护理后,取得显著效果,能提高手术护理质量。

Objective To analyze the surgical nursing value and quality of patients with gastric cancer and diabetes in the operating room.Methods Patients with gastric cancer and diabetes mellitus were the main subjects of this study.The total number of cases was 200.The patients were collected from 2018 to 2019.The 200 subjects were divided into two groups using a computer random allocation method,100 of which were regarded as the observation group(implementation of surgical care)and 100 cases as the control group(implementation of routine care),the two groups'operating room care quality scores and satisfaction were compared.Results The safety nursing ability,operation skill proficiency,service awareness,and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After performing surgical care for patients with gastric cancer and diabetes,significant results have been achieved and the quality of surgical care can be improved.
