脑出血合并糖尿病患者术后综合护理的应用及对生活质量的影响

The Application of Postoperative Comprehensive Nursing for Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage Complicated with Diabetes Mellitus and Its Influence on the Quality of Life

目的分析脑出血合并糖尿病患者术后综合护理的应用及对生活质量的影响。方法将该院2017年11月—2019年11月收治的86例脑出血合并糖尿病患者纳入至该次研究,依照数字随机表法将其分为对照组(43例)与观察组(43例),对照组给予基础护理,观察组则行综合护理干预,比较两组患者生活质量变化情况,统计血糖水平变化情况,观察护理前后神经功能情况。结果护理后对照组患者SS-QOL评分低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组血糖水平高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者NIHSS评分高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑出血合并糖尿病患者临床治疗中,采用综合护理干预的临床效果较好,可显著提升患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the application of postoperative comprehensive nursing for patients with cerebral hemorrhage complicated with diabetes and its impact on the quality of life.Methods A total of 86 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from November 2017 to November 2019 were included in this study,and they were divided into a control group(43 cases)and an observation group(43 cases)according to the number random table method.The control group was given basic nursing care,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The changes in the quality of life of the two groups were compared,the changes in blood glucose levels were counted,and the neurological function before and after nursing was observed.Results After care,the SS-QOL score of the control group was lower than that of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose level of the control group was higher than that of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The NIHSS score of the control group was higher than that of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage and diabetes,comprehensive nursing intervention has a good clinical effect,which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
