循证护理在小儿糖尿病护理中的应用价值

Application Value of Evidence-based Nursing in the Care of Children with Diabetes

目的探讨循证护理在小儿糖尿病护理中的应用价值。方法以2017年1月—2018年1月作为研究时间范围,选取86例该院收治糖尿病患儿作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为参照组和实验组,参照组43例采取常规护理措施,实验组43例采取循证护理措施,对比两组患儿血糖水平、健康教育覆盖率以及护理满意度。结果实验组患儿血糖水平显著低于参照组患儿血糖水平,两组患儿间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患儿健康教育覆盖率97.67%,显著高于参照组患儿健康教育覆盖率76.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患儿护理满意度95.34%,明显高于参照组患儿护理满意度72.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患儿应用循证护理模式干预后效果显著,有效改善患儿血糖各项指标、提高了健康覆盖率以及护理满意度。

Objective To explore the value of evidence-based nursing in the care of children with diabetes.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018 as the research time frame,86 children with diabetes admitted to the hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a reference group and an experimental group by a random number table method.43 cases in the reference group were routine nursing measures,43 cases in the experimental group took evidence-based nursing measures to compare the blood glucose levels,health education coverage and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results The blood glucose level of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the reference group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.The health education coverage rate of the experimental group was 97.67%,which was significantly higher than the health education coverage rate of children in the reference group was 76.74%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),which was statistically significant;the nursing satisfaction rate of children in the experimental group was 95.34%,which was significantly higher than 72.09%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of evidence-based nursing model in children with diabetes has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the blood glucose indicators of children,improve health coverage and nursing satisfaction.
