COPD合并DM患者行延续护理的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Continuous Nursing for Patients with COPD and DM

目的研究COPD合并DM患者行延续护理的效果。方法选取该院收治的2018年12月—2019年12月COPD合并DM患者作为该次研究对象,共100例,根据其入院顺序对其进行分组,其中包括观察组50例、对照组50例,观察组应用延续护理、对照组应用常规护理,将两组血糖改善情况、肺功能指标、护理满意度进行对比。结果观察组COPD合并DM患者FBG(6.05±1.54)mmol/L、2 hPG(10.15±1.21)mmol/L、HbA1c(6.22±1.34)%与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(t=4.699、9.469、5.499,P<0.05)。观察组COPD合并DM患者FEV1(3.25±1.02)L、FEV1/FVC(68.52±1.32)%均高于对照组(t=11.991、30.423,P<0.05)。观察组COPD合并DM患者护理满意度高于对照组(χ^2=11.960,P<0.05)。结论延续护理用于COPD合并DM患者中,能够改善其肺功能和控制血糖,效果显著。

Objective To study the effect of continuous care for patients with COPD and DM.Methods Select 100 patients with COPD and DM in the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were the subjects of this study.They were divided into groups according to their admission order,including 50 cases in the observation group and 50 cases in the control group.The observation group applied continuous care and the control group applied conventional care.The improvement of blood sugar,lung function index and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group of COPD patients with DM were FBG(6.05±1.54)mmol/L,2 hPG(10.15±1.21)mmol/L,and HbA1c(6.22±1.34)%compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.699,9.469,5.499,P<0.05).FEV1(3.25±1.02)L and FEV1/FVC(68.52±1.32)%of the observation group of COPD patients with DM were higher than those of the control group(t=11.991,30.423,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients with COPD and DM in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(χ^2=11.960,P<0.05).Conclusion Continuing care for COPD patients with DM can improve their lung function and control blood glucose.The effect is significant.
