Objective To analyze the effect of operating room nursing intervention in patients with calculous cholecystitis and diabetes. Methods In this study,130 patients with calculous cholecystitis and diabetes mellitus were selected as the research object, and their admission time was from October 2018 to October 2019.Based on the order of admission, they were divided into experiment group and the control group,65 patients in each group.According to the same treatment measures and different nursing measures applied to the two groups of patients, the effect of nursing application of the two groups of patients was compared and analyzed. Results The fasting blood glucose of the experimental group and the control group were(6.33±1.51)mmol/L and(7.34±1.89)mmol/L,respectively,and the blood glucose 2 h after a meal were(8.10±1.76)mmol/L and(9.13±2.31)mmol/L,compared with the control group, the experimental group had significantly higher scores in physiological function, physiological function, social function, emotional function and other aspects than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For calculous cholecystitis application of nursing intervention in the operating room for patients with diabetes in the treatment process is beneficial to improve the patient's blood glucose level and improve the patient's quality of life.It can be seen that this nursing measure has high clinical application value.
