老年性心律失常合并糖尿病患者心脏起搏器置入的术后护理研究

Postoperative Nursing Study of Elderly Patients with Arrhythmia Complicated with Diabetes Mellitus after Cardiac Pacemaker Implantation

目的分析对实施心脏起搏器置入术治疗的老年性心律失常合并糖尿病患者,开展围术期综合护理干预的临床价值。方法遵循护理模式差异分组方式,将该院2016年5月—2019年7月内接收的行心脏起搏器置入术治疗的老年性心律失常合并糖尿病患者57例分为对照组(29例,常规护理)和观察组(28例,围术期综合护理干预)。观察护理前后血糖水平、并发症、生活质量改善情况。结果①护理后观察组FPG、2 hPBG、HbA1c等指标改善幅度较大(P<0.05)。②护理后观察组囊袋血肿、囊袋感染、发热等并发症发生率仅为3.6%,对照组24.1%(P<0.05)。③观察组生活质量评分较高(P<0.05)。结论对接受心脏起搏器置入术治疗的老年性心律失常合并糖尿病患者实施围术期综合护理干预,在改善血糖水平、降低术后并发症、提升生活质量方面有显著优势。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention for elderly patients with arrhythmia and diabetes who have undergone cardiac pacemaker implantation.Methods Following the different groups of nursing patterns,57 patients with senile arrhythmia and diabetes who were accepted by the hospital from May 2016 to July 2019 and treated with pacemaker implantation were divided into control group(29 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(28 cases,perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention).Observe the improvement of blood sugar level,complications and quality of life before and after nursing.Results 1.FPG,2 hPBG,HbA1c and other indicators in the observation group improved significantly after nursing(P<0.05).2.After nursing,the incidence of complications such as capsular hematoma,capsular infection,and fever was only 3.6%in the observation group,and 24.1%in the control group(P<0.05).3.The scores of the quality of life of the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing interventions for elderly patients with arrhythmia and diabetes who received cardiac pacemaker implantation have significant advantages in improving blood glucose levels,reducing postoperative complications,and improving quality of life.
