糖尿病护理小组在2型糖尿病患者临床护理中的 应用价值

Application Value of Diabetes Nursing Team in Clinical Nursing of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的探究对2型糖尿病患者开展糖尿病护理小组护理的临床应用价值。方法由该科室2018年6月—2019年12月诊治的糖尿病患者中,选出60例2型糖尿病患者进行分组实验,采用常规护理服务患者为对照组,进行小组护理患者为实验组。结果对照组糖尿病患者护理后的空腹血糖(7.5±1.7)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(15.8±3.4)mmol/L,显著高于实验组(t=5.364,8.634,P<0.05)。对照组患者对高危因素(60.0%)、疾病防控(53.3%)、血糖自测(46.7%)、胰岛素注射(40.0%)及并发症防治(33.3%)等知识的知晓率,明显低于实验组(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者应用糖尿病护理小组护理,有效改善患者的血糖水平与自我护理能力,存在较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of diabetes care group care for patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Among the diabetic patients diagnosed and treated in the department from June 2018 to December 2019,60 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected for grouping experiments.Patients with routine care services were used as the control group,and patients with group care were the experimental group.Results The fasting blood glucose(7.5±1.7)mmol/L and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(15.8±3.4)mmol/L of the diabetic patients in the control group were significantly higher than those of the experimental group(t=5.364,8.634,P<0.05).In the control group,knowledge about high-risk factors(60.0%),disease prevention and control(53.3%),blood glucose self-test(46.7%),insulin injection(40.0%),and complications prevention(33.3%),significantly lower than that of the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of diabetes care group care for patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively improve and increase the blood glucose level and self-nursing ability of patients,and has high clinical application value.
