加速康复外科对直肠癌合并糖尿病患者的护理效果及睡眠时间影响研究

Study on the Nursing Effect and Sleep Time Effect of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery on Patients with Rectal Cancer and Diabetes

目的探究在直肠癌合并糖尿病患者护理中加速康复外科护理方法所取得的临床护理效果及对患者睡眠时间所造成的影响。方法选取2018年6月—2019年9月在医院中进行直肠癌合并糖尿病治疗的患者共76例,随机分组法将患者分成两组,每组38例。对照组给予患者常规护理方法,观察组给予患者加速康复外科护理方法。结果观察组血糖指标均低于对照组,每日平均睡眠时间对比观察组高于对照组,观察组蛋白指标均高于对照组,护理满意度对比观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在直肠癌合并糖尿病患者护理中应用加速康复外科护理方法,有助于改善患者的血糖指标,延长睡眠时间,优化患者的蛋白指标,提升患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of accelerating rehabilitation surgical nursing methods in the nursing of patients with rectal cancer and diabetes and the impact on the patient's sleep time.Methods A total of 76 patients with rectal cancer combined with diabetes treatment in the hospital were selected,and the patients were divided into 2 groups by randomization,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing methods,and the observation group was given accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing methods.Results The blood glucose indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the average daily sleep time of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the protein indexes of the observation group were higher than the control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing methods in the nursing of patients with rectal cancer and diabetes can help improve the patient's blood glucose index,prolong sleep time,optimize the patient's protein index,and improve patient care satisfaction.
