个性化护理在肺癌合并糖尿病患者中的价值和护理质量观察

Observation on the Value and Nursing Quality of Personalized Nursing in Patients with Lung Cancer and Diabetes

目的探究个性化护理干预在肺癌合并糖尿病患者中的应用价值。方法择取于该院2018年1月—2019年12月诊治的肺癌合并糖尿病患者76例。根据护理内容不同分组为参照组、研究组,给予参照组常规护理,研究组则在参照组基础上施行个性化护理。组间比较两组患者干预后的血糖水平、生活质量及并发症情况。结果干预后,研究组患者血糖指标均低于参照组,生活质量各指标评分显著高于参照组,并发症发生率显著低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论采取个性化护理能有效改善肺癌合并糖尿病患者血糖水平、生活质量,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the application value of personalized nursing intervention in patients with lung cancer and diabetes.Methods A total of 76 patients with lung cancer and diabetes mellitus diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were enrolled.According to the different nursing content,they are divided into reference group and research group.The reference group was given regular nursing care,and the research group performed personalized nursing on the basis of the reference group.The blood glucose levels,quality of life and complications of the two groups after intervention were compared between the groups.Results After the intervention,the blood glucose indexes of the patients in the study group were lower than the reference group,the scores of each index of quality of life were significantly higher than the reference group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized care can effectively improve the blood sugar level and quality of life of patients with lung cancer and diabetes,and reduce the incidence of complications.
