糖尿病性骨质疏松症患者应用协同护理的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Cooperative Nursing for Patients with Diabetic Osteoporosis

目的观察糖尿病性骨质疏松症患者应用协同护理的效果。方法选择该院2018年10月—2019年10月接诊的46例糖尿病性骨质疏松症患者为观察对象,依据电脑随机数字表法分组,对照组23例患者接受常规护理,研究组23例患者接受协同护理,观察效果。结果护理前,两组患者自护能力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组病症认知、血糖监控、钙剂服用、疼痛护理评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者代谢指标水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组患者空腹及餐后2 h血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者骨密度(0.46±0.08)g/cm2,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病性骨质疏松症患者应用协同护理的效果明显,可有效提高患者自护能力,维持血糖水平稳定,提高骨密度。

Objective To observe the effect of cooperative nursing in patients with diabetic osteoporosis.Methods 46 patients with diabetic osteoporosis admitted to in the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the observation objects.They were grouped according to the computerized random number table method.23 patients in the control group received routine care,and 23 patients in the study group received collaborative care and observe the effect.Results Before nursing,the self-care ability of the two groups of patients was not statistically significant difference(P>0.05);after nursing,the study group's disease cognition,blood glucose monitoring,calcium administration,and pain nursing scores were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,the metabolic index levels of the two groups of patients was not statistically significant difference(P>0.05);after nursing,the fasting and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bone density of patients in the study group was(0.46±0.08)g/cm2,which was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of collaborative nursing in patients with diabetic osteoporosis is obvious,which can effectively improve the patient's self-care ability,maintain stable blood glucose levels,and increase bone density.
