摘要
目的观察预见性护理及营养干预对糖尿病肾病透析过程中低血糖反应的干预效果。方法将2016年6月—2019年5月该科行维持性血液透析的糖尿病肾病患者170例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各85例,两组患者均采用无糖碳酸氢盐进行透析。对照组采用常规护理,观察组针对透析过程中低血糖反应的相关诱因采用预见性护理和营养干预。检测两组透析时发生低血糖的比率,并统计两组患者针对护理打分满意度。结果观察组低血糖发生率(1.2%)低于对照组(17.6%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=13.523,P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理的满意度(98.8%)高于对照组(85.9%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.078,P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病肾病透析患者采取低血糖反应的预见性护理及营养干预措施,可降低患者低血糖的发生,提高患者的护理满意度,有效改善患者的透析质量和生活质量。
Objective To observe the effect of predictive nursing and nutritional intervention on hypoglycemia during dialysis of diabetic nephropathy.Methods 170 patients with diabetic nephropathy who underwent maintenance hemodialysis in the department from June 2016 to May 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 85 cases each.Both groups were dialysis with sugar-free bicarbonate.The control group used routine nursing care,and the observation group used predictive nursing and nutritional intervention for the related inducements of hypoglycemia during dialysis.Detect the rate of hypoglycemia during dialysis in the two groups,and count the two groups of patients’satisfaction with nursing scores.Results The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group(1.2%)was lower than that in the control group(17.6%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=13.523,P<0.05).Patients in the observation group were more satisfied with nursing care(98.8%)than the control group(85.9%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=10.078,P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting predictive care and nutritional intervention measures for hypoglycemia in patients with diabetic nephropathy on dialysis can reduce the occurrence of hypoglycemia in patients,increase patient satisfaction with care,and effectively improve the quality of dialysis and quality of life of patients.
