不动产登记房地数据整合是一项技术要求高,任务繁重的工作,建立统一的房地不动产登记数据库,可为不动产登记信息平台提供数据支撑。本文以德州市德城区为例,参照该区房地不动产数据的实际情况,就该区房地不动产数据整合的内容、工作流程以及应用到的关键技术进行了详细介绍,总结出一套适合本地实情的不动产登记房地数据整合的技术路线,希望能对其他地区不动产登记房地数据整合提供借鉴。

Real estate registration and data integration is a heavy task with high technical requirement.The establishment of a unified real estate registration database can provide data support for the real estate registration information platform.Taking Decheng District of Dezhou City as an example and considering the actual real estate data situation in this district,this paper introduced the work contents,work flow and key technologies of real estate data integration in detail,summarized a set of technical route of real estate registration and data integration which was suitable for local conditions,and hoped to provide reference for real estate registration and data in other regions.
