鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的临床应用效果

Clinical Application Effect of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery in the Treatment of Chronic Sinusitis and Nasal Polyps

目的观察鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉的临床应用效果。方法选择该院2018年3月—2020年1月治疗的慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者60例作为研究对象,根据手术方式的不同分为参照组与研究组,每组30例。采用传统手术治疗的患者纳入参照组,采用鼻内镜手术治疗的患者纳入研究组。比较两组治疗的总有效率、手术时间以及手术出血量、嗅觉功能评分。结果研究组治疗总有效率93.33%高于参照组66.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.670,P<0.05);研究组患者的手术时间(34.47±3.67)min短于参照组(57.28±2.21)min,手术出血量(28.42±5.42)mL低于参照组(83.26±4.25)mL,差异有统计学意义(t=10.480、16.920,P<0.05)。研究组治疗后嗅觉功能评分(0.21±0.09)分低于参照组(1.13±0.11)分,差异有统计学意义(t=13.960,P<0.05)。结论采用鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的临床效果显著,手术时间短、出血量少,且可更好地改善患者嗅觉功能。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods Sixty patients with chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps treated in the hospital from March2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to the different surgical methods, they were divided into a reference group and a study group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients treated with traditional surgery were included in the reference group, and patients treated with endoscopic sinus surgery were included in the study group. The total effective rate, operation time, surgical blood loss and olfactory function scores of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.33% higher than that in the reference group 66.67%, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.670, P<0.05);the operation time of the study group(34.47±3.67)min shorter than that of the reference group(57.28± 2.21) min, surgical blood loss(28.42±5.42)mL was lower than the reference group(83.26±4.25)mL, the difference was statistically significant(t=10.480,16.920, P<0.05).The score of olfactory function in the study group after treatment(0.21±0.09)points was lower than that of the reference group(1.13±0.11)points, and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.960, P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps is significant. The operation time is short, the amount of bleeding is small, and the patient’s olfactory function can be better improved.
